Morning Star Consulting is not a designated Indigenous organization; however, we are proud to be a diverse team.
Our team members represent a broad spectrum of backgrounds, including individuals who are newcomers, members of the 2SLGBTQPIA+ community, and those who are neurodiverse or living with various abilities. Several of our team members are from Indigenous communities or have deep connections to Indigenous families and leadership.
We acknowledge that we do not know it all and actively seek guidance from those with deep knowledge and experience. We are grateful for the wisdom of Elders and Knowledge Keepers, whose consult we seek when needed.
While we are not experts on any individual’s unique experiences or journeys, we approach our work with a commitment to listening, learning, and engaging with humility and respect. Where culturally specific expertise is required, we collaborate to ensure authenticity and cultural alignment.
